Shipping policy

All Poise orders ship with tracking, and shipping is free.

Delivery times:
- US-stocked items (Posture Corrector, Neck & Shoulder Massager, Acupressure Mat, and Recovery Slant Board) ship from within the United States and typically arrive in 2–6 business days.
- Other items ship internationally with tracking and typically arrive within up to 14 business days.

The estimated delivery window for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout.

Orders with multiple items: If your order includes items stocked in different locations, they may ship separately and arrive at different times, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each item ships.
